Australian Public Affairs worked as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team lead by Resolve on the Auckland Light Rail project.

 

Elizabeth Ann brought the right people together to contribute to an incredibly complex infrastructure project.  

 

Her ability to maintain laser sharp focus at the strategic level, while keeping the team moving smoothly towards operational milestones, was impressive.

 

Elizabeth quickly established an expert understanding of the governance, planning and delivery challenge. She methodically broke each aspect down into manageable chunks, drew in people with different capabilities to design solutions, and responded to dynamic stakeholder needs along the way, to deliver the desired outcome for the client.
