Our story

Resolve has been operating since 2009.  Elizabeth Ann, our Managing Director noticed that community,  stakeholder and government expectations around policy design and solution implementation were rapidly shifting. The rate of environmental change was accelerating, issues were becoming more complex, and community expectations of participatory design had increased.  With a multi-disciplinary background, Elizabeth established Resolve to meet this emerging need for better management of interdisciplinary and cross organisational teams to work in unity solving big challenges for the community.

  

As a central master integration point, we have provided leadership for initiatives and advisory to senior leaders for sensitive high profile projects across Australia and New Zealand.  

Our projects have covered greenfield agency establishment, reform, transformation and innovative project implementation in regulation, urban and transport infrastructure, intelligence, law enforcement and corrections, environment and sustainability, health, social housing and community services.  Resolve particularly specialises in projects which require collaboration in cross functional teams, multi-agency/ jurisdiction or multi-vendor solutions, providing a central strategic and operational point of accountability to drive delivery.
